1. Free Cancellation

  • Bookings can be cancelled free of charge if done at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.
  • For airport transfers, ensure you allow sufficient time for flight delays and adjustments.

2. Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees

  • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the pickup may incur a fee up to the minimum fare.
  • No-show passengers (not present at the pickup location at the scheduled time) may be charged the minimum fare.
  • Fees apply to cover driver time and operational costs.

3. Refunds

  • If a payment has been made and a refund is applicable, it will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via info@taxi-melbourne13.com.au with booking details.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • We aim to accommodate changes to bookings where possible, subject to vehicle and driver availability.
  • Changes must be communicated as early as possible via phone or email.
